TITLE: Quality Engineer 122660

SKILLS: Design Controls deliverable experience - 10 yrs exp - medical device/DES (drug eluted stent) experience
JOB DESCRIPTION: Author/review/audit/approve documentation to support FDA and other regulatory requirements.

Perform complex electro-mechanical assembly work and alignment on diversified sub-assemblies, including troubleshooting and rework
Strong communication skills with engineers and other Departments
Work with minimal supervision
Participates in maintaining and improving process and output
Able to effectively multi-task and handle a wide variety of tasks
Use of small hand tools to strip, bend, fasten and connect parts, tasks require a high level of skill with a variety of hand tools and precision measuring equipment
Use of power meters, light source, calibration tools
Perform optical-mechanical alignment, correct alignment of optics components
Perform complex electro-mechanical assembly work, including troubleshooting and rework
Must understand the functional operation of the items assembled as well as the finished product
